Any new components, complete build systems and parts are supplied with a standard minimum 12 months parts & labour RTB (return to base) warranty within the UK, beginning from the date you receive the product(s).
All of our refurbished, complete build to order systems are supplied with a standard minimum 6 months parts & labour RTB (return to base) warranty (unless stated otherwise on the individual product page) within the UK, beginning from the date you receive the product(s).
Used components and system parts are sold with a standard minimum 30-day RTB (return to base) warranty within the UK, beginning from the date you receive the product(s).
During the warranty period we will provide support via phone, email and live chat. Whereby troubleshooting is unable to resolve your issue we will issue an RMA number and request that you return the part or system back to us for testing and replacement.
Return shipping costs and safe transport are the responsibility of the customer. You must obtain an RMA number from us before returning any products, and display this number clearly on the outside of your packaging.
We will repair and/or replace the product(s) and dispatch them back to you within 7 working days of receipt.
Used and refurbished laptop batteries, CMOS batteries and RAID batteries are not covered by our 1 year warranty, however we are happy to replace your battery if it fails within 30 days of receiving your order. We ask that you allow the battery to charge for 24 hours before taking note of how long it takes to discharge. Some batteries, especially CMOS and RAID batteries can hold their charge but are discharged upon receipt and require 24 hours of charging before use.
Faulty, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders & Warranty Issues
If you have a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order/invoice number and a description of the issue. We accept that mistakes and problems can always occur but we will endeavour to get any issue resolved for you immediately.
If you have received goods which are damaged in transit or missing components you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

If we are unable to resolve your issue through remote troubleshooting and assistance then you will be issued with an RMA number to return the goods to us.
Cancellation & ‘Cooling-Off Period’
Should you wish to cancel your order, please make sure to notify us immediately. In this case we will provide a full refund to your payment method without charge.
If your order has already been sent for dispatch then as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the product(s).
The ‘Cooling Off Period’ clause only applies if you are a consumer and does not apply to business customers.
We do not charge a restocking fee for refurbished goods, returned in the same condition they were dispatched, within the cooling off period. Return shipping costs and safe transport are the responsibility of the customer.
